Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can place an order by selecting the items you would like to purchase and adding them to your cart. Once you have added all the items you would like to purchase, you can proceed to checkout and enter your payment information. After completing the payment process, your order will be processed and shipped to you.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for all items purchased from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Please note that all items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
Q: I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?
A: We can process an exchange and send you the right size. Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at info@kaaiga.com
Q: How do I know which size fits me?

Q: I entered the wrong shipping address at checkout. What do I do now?
A: If you have entered the wrong address at checkout please email info@kaaiga.com with your order number and the correct address. As long as your order has not been fulfilled we can update this before it ships.
Q: I placed an order, but never received my confirmation email. How can I get that?
A: If you have not received a confirmation email within a couple hours after placing an order please be sure to check your junk mail first. If you are not able to find a confirmation email, and still need assistance, please email info@kaaiga.com and we would be happy to assist you
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
A: Yes, you will be charged sales tax on your order. We are required to collect and remit sales tax on all orders in accordance with state and local laws.
